Michel has over twenty-five years of experience in human capital risk management, multi-cultural assessment, strategic indication development, and business intelligence frameworks. His fascination with data took him from the EPFL to the ULB in Brussels, where he worked on artificial intelligence models that predict movement and behaviors. This spurned his interest in neurocognition and human-technology interfaces. Since 2008, he has created applications and interactive tools for psychometric and biometric data acquisition and tracking for universities and global corporations, and develops and manages progress indicators, personalized assessment, and audits for organizations, teams, and individuals.
